Ian Wisenberg has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and international business with an emphasis in capital formation, business development and administration. Ian’s prior experience includes serving as Managing Partner for BioGlobal Consulting Group, a strategic advisory and financial solutions practice for life science companies. Prior to that, Ian served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and CFO of BIOCOM, the world’s largest regional life science trade organization. Prior to that, he was Vice President of finance and administration, as well as interim President, Secretary and treasurer of Aerocast, Inc., a secured broadband media streaming company. Ian also served as Vice President of Finance for Prop/Art Dupont Design, Inc. and the Heath Care Group, Inc. Ian currently serves on the Board of Directors for KAER Therapeutics, Inc. and the San Diego Venture Group. Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in accounting from Cape Town University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
